Return & Refunds

Ciibo Ivy is not Amazon and is not subject to Amazon's return policies.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order (based on the date of delivery as provided to us by the carrier) if the item is defective in order to qualify for a return without restocking fees. Ciibo Ivy Employees take photos of every item (the actual physical product shipped) prior to shipping so that we can ascertain if damaged is caused by the carrier or customer. If the item arrived damaged by the carrier, you may be required to fill out an online form or to submit an email to confirm shipping damage before a return will be accepted.

A non-defective item may be returned for any reason, but you will be required to pay return shipping and the purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will accept the item back only in the original packaging as shipped from Ciibo Ivy.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly review the item online to ensure that the fit, color, and appearance matches what you are looking for. We encourage you to read the reviews on amazon.com (most items on our site are linked directly to that product on Amazon's site with full reviews). If a return is received without prior authorization, Ciibo Ivy may refuse to accept the shipment or apply a 50% restocking fee. Contact ivy@ciibo.com for return information.

It may take up to 3 business days for a carrier to pick up your purchase from our warehouse. You should allow a minimum of 1 week for delivery. Ciibo may employ USPS, UPS, FedEx or Ciibo vehicles for delivery. Selection of the carrier is determined at ship time based on current market rates. Every effort will be made to arrange pickup of the item by the carrier within 3 business days.
