Ciibo (pronounced 'see-bo') Ivy specializes in items previously stored in an Amazon warehouse. These items have never been shipped to a customer - they are not returns! Each items comes brand new from an Amazon warehouse, but may have been opened by an employee.

We guarantee every item works like brand new or you can return it for a free refund* While we attempt to ship every item in the original packaging, it is not always possible and at times an item may be shipped in alternative packaging.
